Ontario Sailing Endowment - The Hans Fogh Fund
The Ontario Sailing's Board of Directors approved the creation of the Ontario Sailing Endowment Fund on October 23, 2002. In December, 2009 the Ontario Sailing Board of Directors added Olympian Hans Fogh's fund. The fund will be held in trust by a designated Trust or Financial Institution.
Building the Endowment Fund-Hans Fogh Fund is important to Ontario Sailing because as the Fund grows, it will provide a stable source of funding for many programs, thus reducing our reliance on government funding or other uncertain sources of financial support. All donations contributed into the Hans Fogh Fund will be maintained within the Fund and only the interest earned from the Fund will be used to support our programs.
The Navigator's Club
People that pledge a donation to the Hans Fogh Fund will be known as members of the Navigator's Club.
How the Annual Income Will be Used
The Board of Directors of Ontario Sailing my make application to the Fund on an annual basis to support
