Annual Meeting Information & Supporting Documents
The official Notice of Meeting was sent to Member Organizations in Good Standing on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026.
Representatives of Member Organizations in good standing with the Ontario Sailing Association are invited to attend the Ontario Sailing Association Annual Meeting for review of the fiscal year ending March 31st, 2026.
The Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 beginning promptly at 6:45 pm EDT. Representatives are asked to log in by 6:45 PM to allow for the set up of the election platform. A test of the platform will begin at 6:55 PM.
The meeting will address the following business of the association:
- Approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Association held September 24th 2025.
- Presentation of annual reports from the President of the Board of Directors and from the Executive Director.
- Presentation of the audited financial statements for the Association for the fiscal year ending March 31st, 2026.
- To appoint the auditors of the Association for the fiscal year ending March 31st, 2027.
- To confirm the election of Directors for the Association.

Ontario Sailing staff will be hosting a Pre-Annual Meeting Information Session on Wednesday, September 9th, 2025 at 7:00 PM with information and background about the Annual Meeting, including a guide to operating the new voting platform, organizational updates, and reminders for all members and stakeholders.
