Elevation Travel & Tours Member Benefits
Official Travel Partner of Ontario Sailing
Ontario Sailing is proud to partner with Elevation Travel & Tours as our official travel partner.
This program allows members to plan unforgettable sailing experiences, attend regattas, or travel for personal holidays while contributing to the growth of their local sailing clubs through the Sailing Community Benefit Program. Every booking helps create a sustainable funding stream to increase participation and foster lifelong engagement in the sport.
Travel Designed for Sailors
Elevation Travel specializes in curated travel experiences for groups, small-ship cruising, cultural tours, and trips designed around shared interests. But we are also a full-service travel agency — Ontario Sailing members can book anything, from family vacations and flights to cruises, tours, and travel insurance.
The key difference: when you book through Elevation, a portion of your travel goes back to Ontario Sailing and your local sailing club. Travel that you and your friends or family are already planning becomes a way to support the sailing community.

In addition, Elevation Travel will curate special-interest trips for Ontario Sailing members, such as a tall ship cruise aboard Star Clippers combined with a SailGP race event, offering members the chance to experience both the heritage and the future of the sport. These unique trips are designed to bring members together and create lifelong memories while strengthening the sport.
Whether you are planning a sailing adventure, attending a regatta, taking a cruise, or booking a family holiday, Elevation ensures every detail is seamless — and every booking supports the sailing community.
Travel booked through Elevation contributes to Ontario Sailing & local sailing clubs.
Sailing Community Benefit Program
The most important part of this partnership is the Sailing Community Benefit Program. When members book travel through Elevation Travel, a portion of that booking goes directly back to the sailing community; supporting Ontario Sailing, and member organizations focused on creating a sustainable funding stream to increase participation and emergent in the sport. Over time, this creates a sustainable funding stream to help grow participation and engagement across the sport.
Together — Elevation Travel, Ontario Sailing, club leaders, and members — we can turn everyday travel into meaningful support for the sailing community.
How to Book Travel and Support Your Club
Booking is simple and ensures your club benefits:
1. Start Your Booking – Contact Elevation Travel by phone, email, or through the partner page. **we are looking into possibly having a dedicated email address and 1-800# just for Ontario Sailing – will confirm**
2. Mention Your Club – When you make your booking, let your agent know the name of your sailing club. Friends or family booking on your behalf can mention your club as well.
3. Travel with Confidence – Elevation Travel takes care of all the details for your sailing adventure, regatta trip, cruise, or personal holiday.
4. Support Your Club Automatically – A portion of your booking goes directly back to your club to fund programs that encourage youth participation, women in sailing initiatives, and lifelong engagement in the sport.
It is that easy. Your booking helps your local club, strengthens Ontario Sailing programs, and supports the long-term growth of the sport across the province.
